Monday workspace

What's not to love about this room? Of the two walls that we can see here..one is lined with books and the other all glass...I love the old rugs on the floors..they bring so much warmth and character  to an otherwise modern room.

Here even work would feel like leisure...

Library Lust | Vintage DVF

Take a look at Diane von Furstenberg's library at her estate...

I really have no words for this...what a space...My daughter could spend her entire summer holidays in this one room and be entirely content and happy... And I could really get creative at that work-table...This place seems to have such great energy...

What's life...

...without hope...

For the fashion-lovers, some threads and stuff from DVF's archives...

There are leopards in the library...

I'm dying for these bags...the predecessors of the famed 'TONDA' clutch, perhaps...and each one of those prints...

A total surprise..these 'rad-red' fringed pants...so fun!

The lady herself...who doesn't cease to amaze...

And no post about DVF could be complete without the dress that she pretty much owes her fashion career to..She calls it the 'simple little dress'..

 It's a Wrap!
