...as also for joy, happiness and warmth..indeed a color that stands for cheerful energy. I do love me some sunshine yellow..but my favourite shade of yellow is one with the slightest hint of red in it..closer to mimosa and even marigold ( the color of my header)...a little deeper color but still vibrant and joyous. Here's a whole lot of good cheer coming your way..take it all in !!

If I wasn't already convinced I would be after this post. I have a wonderful bench with the yellow ikat print seen in the Sarah Richardson image you've shown. I found it a few years ago right before the ikat craze took hold, it was a floor model on sale for a song. I think the store hadn't received much interest and decided to get rid of it. I later saw the same store selling it again at full price. Happiness to be sure! Janell

Van Gogh, in his own words, always tried to put fire on canvas with colors (hence prominence to Sun Yellow and Red).
