"I wanted it to feel more like a cottage than an estate", says J. Christopher Burch ( Ex- husband of Tory Burch who co-founded her name-sake label with her). Compared to the other mansions along one of New Island's toniest beaches, this one sure is modest and unassuming, as desired by Burch. But it does have its fair share of style combined with an inviting, energetic flair...a holiday home where you kick-off your shoes and spend some quality time with family. There is also a more than modest sprinkling of color to go with the home-owner's playful lifestyle ( as witnessed in the last image!)...
