I know it doesn't sound like a good thing.. but a fact nonetheless for so many people ..and for me too, more often than not... Need to change that...but how?

I have been thinking this lately too. My goal for this Spring/summer is to find one passion that has nothing to do with technology. No computer, phone, ipod... nothing. Just an old school activity that I love.
